All customers who book a FLEX or BASIC ticket within our Birthday period* will receive a free ticket when booking to travel between 10 May and 30 June 2007.
Customer who book at SuperVoucher within our Birthday period* 10 – 24 May 2007 will receive a free ticket
Customers who book a return trip within the period 10 May - 30 June 2007 are entitled to a free return trip.
Customers who book a single trip within period 10 May - 30 June 2007 are entitled to a free single ticket.
Free tickets issued within our Birthday period* are valid for travel between 10 May – 15 December 2007, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Exclusion dates: 01 July – 6 September 2007. Free tickets cannot be amended to travel outside the specified periods and are always subject to space availability.
Customers who book a FLEX ticket will receive a free ticket which is amendable within the specified period (see above), normal amendment fees apply.
Customers who book a SuperVoucher within the Birthday period* (and make at least 1 trip before 30 June) will receive 1 free return ticket per SuperVoucher, which is amendable within the specified period (see above), normal amendment fees apply.
Customers with a non-amendable BASIC ticket are entitled to a non-amendable free ticket, which cannot be amended once it has been activated for specific departures.
The free ticket offer applies to the same lead passenger and the same size (or smaller) vehicle category as booked on the original, qualifying booking.
All free ticket bookings and subsequent amendments (BASIC tickets excluded) are subject to availability.
Please note that 36 Hour tickets are not included in the offer.

How to activate your free Midweek ticket
FLEX tickets and SuperVouchers
Within 48 hours of booking and paying for your qualifying ticket you will receive a reference number and security code for your free ticket in a separate email. Your free ticket will initially be booked on “dummy departures” – please be aware that SpeedFerries has no actual sailings on that day.
You must activate your free ticket for specific travel dates via the online Manage Booking service. Simply click on “Change Booking” in the “Manage Booking” top menu. Log in to your specific booking by using the reference number and security code emailed to you and follow the online instructions. There is no amendment fee for this service.
Please note that same lead passenger and the same size (or smaller) car category as booked on the original, qualifying booking must be booked. Lead passenger must remain the same as on the original paid for booking.
Should you later need to change the departure time, you can do so online within the specified days and periods for a £10 fee. Other changes made online are free of charge.
Changes can also be made by contacting our call centre at 0871 222 7456 from within the UK and +44 870 22 00 570 from outside the UK, a call centre fee of £15 will apply to all changes other than adjustments to the passenger list and additions such as Premier Class and pets.

BASIC tickets
Within 48 hours of booking and paying for your qualifying ticket you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team.
When you have planned your free ticket trip, you must send an email to customerservice@speedferries.com, specifying the following information departure date(s) and time(s), full list of passenger details including first name or initials, last name, age group and gender. Please check carefully that the requested travel dates are within the specified days and periods for the free ticket. Also please indicate alternative travel times, should your first choice be unavailable.
Please note that same lead passenger and the same size (or smaller) car category as booked on the original, qualifying ticket must be booked. Lead passenger must remain the same as on the original paid for booking.
In order to allow time to process your booking, you must forward your request no later than 72 hours prior to the planned travel.
Please be aware that once booked, your ticket cannot be amended.
