Simplicity and convenience forms the basis for SpeedFerries’ new online booking management system. Immediately after you make a booking with SpeedFerries, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your booking number as well as a security code. You use these two codes to log in to your booking by clicking on “amend booking” in the top menu. On the booking management page, you are able to simply view your booking or change features such as passenger information, vehicle registration*, departure date/time and add pets. Should you wish to change your departure date or time, a change of booking fee will apply. All other changes made online can be made without paying a fee**. Please note that if the price for the new amended departure exceeds that of the original fare, you must pay the difference.
The online booking management system will guide you through the process and explain your options as you go along. If you have several bookings with SpeedFerries, you are able to change them all, one at the time. You simply go through the modification process for each booking you wish to change.
Upon changing a ticket you will receive a new e-mail confirmation with the altered details.
Please note that the BASIC ticket is non-amendable in all circumstances.

Changes can also be made by contacting our call centre on 0871 222 7456 from within the UK and +44 870 22 00 570 from outside the UK, specifying booking number, details of the new departure(s) and telephone number.

By changing through the call centre, a change of booking fee will apply to all changes other than adjustments to the passenger list.

Call centre changes subject to a change of booking fee:

- Vehicle changes*
Changes regarding the number of passengers travelling should be made as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
*Please note that you are not allowed to change both lead passenger and vehicle on the same booking.
**Changes made to the vehicle category through the SpeedFerries call centre will be subject to a change of booking fee.
***Changes concerning more than two passengers will be subject to a change of booking fee.
Passengers
If you need to change the group of passengers originally booked, it is possible to do so, provided that the total number does not exceed the limit for the chosen vehicle type. The addition of passengers must take place by notifying SpeedFerries as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to departure. This will always be subject to availability as SpeedFerries’ vessel is only certified to carry a certain number of passengers. Changes concerning more than two passengers will be subject to a change of booking fee.
If the total amount of passengers exceeds the limit for a standard car, a larger vehicle category price difference will become payable. It should be noted that a vehicle may only carry the amount of passengers it is legally entitled to
Vehicle
It is possible to change the vehicle on the booking. Should the change be to a larger vehicle category, a price difference will be payable.
Please note that any change is always subject to availability as SpeedFerries' vessel is only certified to carry a certain number of passengers.
