FLEX Vouchers are the ultimate ‘low cost’ ticket solution for anyone who frequently travels across the Channel. FLEX Vouchers are a bundle of FLEX tickets that are fixed at the purchase price e.g. if you book and pay for a 10 trips at £28 each, this price will never change, even if you book, or amend a booking, to travel in the highest peak season. Needless to say, the bigger the bundle, the better the value!

You may also add pets to your bookings at the normal price.
Here’s how they work
Steps:
1) Book your FLEX Voucher online, just like any other ticket and you will shortly after receive a ‘mother’ booking reference number
2) Within the next 24 hours, you will receive reference numbers and security codes for the individual elements of your voucher – these are bookings made on a ‘dummy date’ for you to activate as and when you want to use them
3) The individual bookings will automatically be made for one-way trips. FLEX voucher holders can request other combinations by contacting our Customer Service team immediately after booking. Please email your combination to: customerservice@speedferries.com indicating your FLEX Voucher number in the subject line. Please note that if you request return trips, both journeys must be activated at the same time.
4) Using our online Manage Booking System, you can now activate these bookings by entering your required travel dates and times with your vehicle and passenger details – there is no charge for this
Points to remember
- You must activate your ticket and confirm your travel details prior to arriving at the port
- Ticket activation online is free, however a fee will apply if this is done via our Call Centre
- Once activated, any future amendments will incur an amendment fee
- Your ‘mother’ booking is for reference purposes only, please do not book your actual crossings on your 'mother' booking reference
- It is not possible to change both the vehicle and lead passenger on a booking. One or the other must remain the same
- Space for large vehicles and vehicles with trailer is limited, therefore please ensure you book well in advance and ensure that you have reserve the correct vehicle length
- FLEX Vouchers are for non-commercial use only
